Keith J. Launchbury CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, DDPP, DDLP

President, Keith Launchbury & Associates, Somersworth, NH

Keith is the president of Keith Launchbury & Associates, a company that since 1983 has been committed to providing practical, realistic and innovative ideas for the improvement of business operations. He is a renowned and accomplished international speaker, educator and author. Certified by APICS in three program areas, CFPIM, CIRM and CSCP, he served as International President of APICS in 1991, and as Chair of the Curricula and Certification Council from 1995 to 1997. He is the author of two APICS courses, the Master Planning of Resources, and the Principles of Planning. In addition he is Certified in Demand Driven Planning and Demand Driven Leadership and is a Master Instructor for the Demand Driven Institute.

He has published numerous checklists and articles, and he is the author of the following business books:

Claire Bloom

Founder and Volunteer Executive Director, End 68 Hours of Hunger, Somersworth, NH

Claire is the Founder and Volunteer Executive Director of End 68 Hours of Hunger, a private non-profit organization established to confront the 68 hours of hunger experienced by some local children between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday.  End 68 Hours of Hunger is a 100% volunteer organization committing 100% of all funds donated to the purchase of food (unless the donor otherwise designates the funds to another purpose).  We currently feed more than 3000 children weekly in seven states through 42 programs.

She has Master Degrees in Strategic Intelligence and Educational Leadership, and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Master Practitioner.  She retired from the United States Navy in 1998 following a very successful tour as the first woman to be the Second In Command of USS CONSTITUTION, the Navy’s three mast square rigged sailing ship in Boston Massachusetts, where she served from 1996-1998 when the ship sailed for the first time in 116 years, and celebrated her 200th birthday.

Her personal awards include the Navy Meritorious Service Medal (one award), the Navy Commendation Medal (five awards), the Navy Achievement Medal (two awards), the Charles Francis Adams Award from the USS Constitution Museum, the Margaret Cochran Corbin Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Toyota Award from SAPICS, the Champion of Human and Civil Rights award from the National Educators Association of New Hampshire, the 2015 South East Region Champion for Children award from the New Hampshire School Administrators Association, the AARP Andrus Award for Community Service for 2016, and designation as a 2013 and 2017 Purpose Prize Fellow. 

She is the author of “End 68 Hours of Hunger:  Ending Childhood Hunger in America, One School at a Time”, is the co-author of  “Getting Better:  My Journey Through Transverse Myelitis and Lessons for Health Care Providers, Patients and Families,” “The Journey:  Unleashing the Power of Business Integration,” and “All Systems Down,” and the editor of “Business Intelligence:  Lessons I Learned from the Oxymorons at Work” and “Intelligent Business:  Lessons I Learned from the Experts at Work
